What they need
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Dubai, UAE.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Must have strong practical knowledge of both Mechanical and Electrical systems.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Dubai’s building construction industry.
- Experience in HVAC, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, electrical systems, power distribution, and lighting.
- Ability to review MEP drawings, coordinate with consultants and contractors, and supervise site works.
- Knowledge of Dubai building codes, applicable authority regulations, and approval procedures.
- Experience in testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and site inspections.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit MEP knowledge is an advantage.
- Must hold relevant professional registrations and certificates required for the position and project, where applicable.
Pay: From AED10,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
