Urgent requirement for Construction companies

• Site Execution & Installation:
• Supervise the installation of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), electrical power distribution, plumbing, drainage, and fire-fighting systems.
• Ensure all work strictly follows approved construction drawings, project specifications, and industry standards.
• Multidisciplinary Coordination:
• Coordinate daily site activities with civil contractors, architects, structural engineers, and other trade teams to prevent clashes or delays.
• Resolve spatial and technical site conflicts (often using BIM or coordination drawings) before installation.
• Subcontractor & Vendor Management:
• Guide and monitor MEP subcontractors, technicians, and site supervisors.
• Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials to the site.
• Quality Control & Inspections:
• Conduct regular on-site inspections of materials and workmanship.
• Prepare and submit Inspection Requests (IRs) to consultants and clients for completed work milestones.
• Testing & Commissioning (T&C):
• Assist in pressure testing, electrical load testing, equipment startup, and the final commissioning of MEP systems.
• Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE):
• Enforce site safety rules, permit-to-work systems, and company HSE policies for all MEP personnel.
• Documentation & Reporting:
• Maintain daily site progress reports, record-of-work logs, and track material/site variations.
• Support the preparation of as-built drawings and project handover documentation
