MEP Estimation Engineer

• Prepare accurate MEP estimates for interior fit-out projects covering HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting works.
• Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and tender documents.
• Prepare quantity take-offs, rate analysis, and detailed cost estimates.
• Obtain and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams for technical and commercial requirements.
• Identify scope gaps, exclusions, assumptions, and cost risks.
• Prepare competitive tender submissions within deadlines.
• Assist with variations, additional works, and cost revisions.
• Maintain proper records of estimates, quotations, and tender documents.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
