What they need
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or relevant MEP discipline.
- 5–8+ years of experience in MEP estimation, preferably in UAE/GCC construction projects.
- Strong experience in tendering, quantity take-off, BOQ preparation, pricing, and cost estimation.
- Good knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and ELV systems.
- Strong understanding of UAE market rates, suppliers, subcontractors, and construction costs.
- Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel; knowledge of estimation software is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, commercial, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet strict submission deadlines.
Pay: AED2,424.75 - AED8,000.00 per month
