What they need
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented MEP Estimation Engineer to join our team.
Job Details:
- Position: MEP Estimation Engineer
- Experience: Minimum 4+ years of experience in MEP estimation.
- Location: UAE
- Joining: Immediate joiner preferred.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in MEP estimation, preferably within the UAE construction industry.
- Proficiency in PlanSwift and AutoCAD software.
- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for MEP works, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and tender documents.
- Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare material quantity calculations.
- Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
- Prepare cost comparisons, estimation reports, and tender submissions.
- Coordinate with the procurement and project teams to ensure accurate costing.
