What they need
MEP Estimation Engineer
We are looking for an MEP Estimation Engineer to conduct site inspections, prepare scopes of work, BOQs, and cost estimates for our MEP projects.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct site inspections and collect project details.
- Prepare Scope of Work (SOW) based on site conditions.
- Prepare BOQ and cost estimates for MEP works.
- Check current market prices for materials and labour.
- Obtain and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
- Knowledge of MEP works and UAE market prices.
- Good estimation and communication skills.
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
