What they need
Requirements:
- 3–4 years of experience in MEP estimation within the UAE.
- Strong HVAC background with knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems.
- Experience in preparing BOQs, cost estimates, and detailed quotations.
- Ability to review drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
- Knowledge of UAE market rates, suppliers, and subcontractor quotations.
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
- Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
