MEP Estimation / Procurement / Accounts

• Tender Review: Read project drawings, contract documents, and technical specifications for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing works.
• Quantity Takeoffs: Measure materials, equipment, and labor amounts from blueprints.
• Vendor Coordination: Request and negotiate price quotes from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and final project budgets.
• Compliance Checks: Align estimates with local municipal and utility authority standards and connection fees.
• Sourcing and Purchasing: Find and evaluate suppliers to buy quality materials at the best price.
• Contract Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and contracts with vendors.
• Vendor Management: Build strong relationships with suppliers and track their performance.
• Budget and Compliance: Manage purchasing budgets and ensure all orders follow company rules and laws.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
