With in-house engineering, design coordination, structural, civil and MEP teams, Go Tech provides a vertically integrated approach from concept and design through procurement, site execution, commissioning and handover.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate MEP installation works on site, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing activities.
• Ensure all MEP works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate daily activities with site engineers, subcontractors, and other trades.
• Manage and monitor site manpower to ensure work is completed efficiently and on schedule.
• Monitor subcontractors and ensure compliance with project requirements and approved methods.
• Inspect completed MEP works to ensure proper installation, quality, and compliance.
• Identify and report site issues, technical problems, and delays to the MEP Engineer/Site Management.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements and safe working practices.
• Coordinate with other site teams to avoid clashes and ensure smooth progress of MEP works.
• Ensure materials, tools, and equipment required for MEP works are available on site.
• Follow up on work progress and provide regular updates to the MEP Engineer or Project Manager.
• Assist in testing, commissioning, and rectification of MEP systems as required.
• Maintain good housekeeping and ensure the work area is kept safe and organized.

Qualifications

• Diploma or technical certification in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an MEP Foreman, preferably in construction, or building projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP installation, maintenance, and site coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings, shop drawings, and specifications.
• Good knowledge of UAE construction standards, regulations, and safety requirements.
• Experience in supervising site manpower and subcontractors.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with MEP Engineers, Site Engineers, and other trades.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• UAE/GCC experience is preferred.
• Availability to join immediately is an advantage.
