Planta Landscaping & Irrigation LLC is seeking a skilled and experienced MEP Landscape Draftsperson with GCC experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong AutoCAD skills and practical knowledge of landscape lighting, swimming pool systems, irrigation, and external works.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare MEP shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD
• Develop landscape lighting layouts, including cable routing, conduits, feeder pillars, and lighting control systems
• Prepare swimming pool MEP drawings, including filtration systems, pumps, piping layouts, plant rooms, and underwater lighting
• Prepare irrigation, external drainage, and water feature layouts
• Coordinate underground utilities and resolve clashes with landscape, hardscape, and civil works
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and site teams to ensure accurate and practical drawings
• Incorporate consultant comments and assist with technical submissions and drawing approvals

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, with GCC experience mandatory
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD
• Practical knowledge of landscape lighting, swimming pool systems, irrigation, drainage, and water features
• Experience in landscaping and external works projects is highly preferred
