MEP Manager / Building Services Manager

We are seeking an experienced MEP Manager / Building Services Manager to oversee mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building services works, ensuring quality, coordination, and compliance throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage MEP and building services works to ensure quality, coordination, and compliance.
• Review MEP drawings, specifications, method statements, and technical submissions.
• Coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, and other building services.
• Conduct regular site inspections, quality checks, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, consultants, suppliers, and site teams.
• Identify and resolve MEP, coordination, construction, and technical issues.
• Monitor compliance with approved drawings, building codes, safety standards, and project requirements.
• Prepare inspection reports, progress updates, technical documentation, and project close-out records.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, MEP, or related field.
• Proven experience in MEP management, building services, site supervision, or construction.
• Good knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, building services systems, and MEP coordination.
• Strong technical, coordination, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant professional certification or MEP experience is an advantage.
• Experience in large-scale commercial, industrial, infrastructure, or building projects is preferred.
