Role Description

The MEP Manager is the senior coordinator responsible for the complete lifecycle of all building services across the villa project. This role oversees the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and low-voltage (ELV) design integration, manages specialized MEP subcontractors, drives testing & commissioning, and ensures that all systems are energy-efficient, fully functional, and compliant with local municipal and utility authority regulations.

Salary Budget: AED 22,000 to AED 30,000 per month + standard benefits

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in MEP Coordination and Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems management.
• Candidates should possess skills in MEP Design, including reviewing and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
• Candidates should possess skills in Plumbing systems, installation supervision, and quality control.
• Candidates should possess skills in Procurement related to MEP materials, equipment, and subcontracted services.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with MOFA attested educational certificate or degree equivalency.
• Proven experience in managing MEP works on building or infrastructure projects in the UAE and GCC region.
• Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and international MEP standards.
• Strong project management, budgeting, and scheduling abilities, with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams on-site.
