MEP Manager

• Education and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering and Automation, Water Supply and Drainage Science and Engineering, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) or related majors; Must be familiar with Dubai's MEP installation codes, fire safety standards and local power and water supply and drainage system connection requirements.

• Work Experience: At least 8 years of MEP installation engineering management experience, including no less than 3 years of full-cycle MEP installation management experience in Dubai residential construction projects; Led MEP installation work for large-scale residential projects (including villas and apartments), covering electrical, water supply and drainage, HVAC, fire protection, weak current and other systems; Familiar with local MEP equipment selection, procurement and installation and commissioning processes, and understand the management characteristics of local MEP subcontractors.

• Professional Skills: Proficient in technical management, schedule management and quality control of MEP installation projects; Able to independently compile MEP installation construction organization designs and special plans; Have the ability to review MEP system design drawings, manage technical changes and provide on-site technical guidance; Familiar with local MEP project acceptance standards and fire detection processes, able to ensure compliant delivery of MEP systems; Skilled in using software such as CAD and BIM (MEP major) for pipeline comprehensive optimization.

• Core Competencies: Fluent in English (working language), basic Arabic proficiency is preferred, with strong technical leadership and cross-departmental coordination capabilities; Possess excellent cost awareness and quality awareness, able to effectively control MEP installation costs and ensure construction quality; Have strong problem-solving skills, able to quickly handle technical difficulties during MEP installation; Able to coordinate multinational MEP teams and subcontractors to ensure smooth project advancement.
