MEP Project Manager | Large-Scale Construction

Dallas, TX | Up to $150,000 Base | International Real Estate Developer

Blayze Group is partnering with an established international real estate developer to appoint an experienced MEP Project Manager based in Dallas, TX.

This is an opportunity for someone with strong mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) experience who has worked within a structured, large-scale construction environment.

The successful candidate will oversee MEP project delivery, coordinating consultants, contractors and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered to the required quality standards, budgets and construction schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) packages across large-scale construction projects.
• Coordinate MEP subcontractors, consultants, engineers and project teams.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, shop drawings and change orders throughout construction.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, procurement and installation progress.
• Identify and resolve MEP coordination and constructability issues.
• Review technical drawings and specifications to ensure quality and compliance.
• Support testing, commissioning, inspections and project handover.
• Provide regular project updates and maintain clear communication with senior stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of relevant construction project management experience , ideally involving MEP delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Experience working for an established general contractor, international consultancy or project management firm .
• Demonstrated experience managing MEP packages on large-scale construction projects.
• Strong understanding of RFIs, submittals, change orders and subcontractor coordination .
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and building systems.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with major construction projects, including commercial, residential, mixed-use or mission-critical developments.
• Dallas-based candidates preferred, although relocation will be considered.
