Mep Manager

Role and Responsibility:

1 . Support in MEP Design:

• Assist in the preparation and review of MEP drawings, designs, and specifications.
• Coordinate with design teams and consultants to ensure compliance with project requirements.

2. Site Supervision:

• Assist in supervising the installation of MEP systems on-site (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety).
• Monitor daily activities to ensure proper installation as per approved designs and standards.

3. Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain and update project documentation, including reports, schedules, and logs related to MEP works.
• Provide regular updates to senior engineers or the project manager on the progress of MEP installations.

4. Quality Control:

• Conduct routine checks to ensure that MEP installations meet quality and safety standards.
• Assist in identifying and rectifying any discrepancies or issues on-site.

5. Coordination with Contractors:

• Work closely with contractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery and installation of MEP components.
• Assist in resolving technical issues between contractors and the project team.

6. Material Management:

• Assist in the procurement and tracking of MEP-related materials and equipment.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of materials on-site.

7. Testing and Commissioning Support:

• Help in testing and commissioning of MEP systems after installation.
• Record test results and ensure that systems are operational and meet performance criteria.

8. Compliance Assistance:

• Ensure that all MEP works comply with relevant safety standards, regulations, and codes.
• Assist in obtaining necessary approvals and certifications from authorities.

9. Learning and Development:

• Participate in training sessions and stay updated on MEP technologies and industry trends.
• Gain hands-on experience under the mentorship of senior engineers.

10. Requirements:

• Basic understanding of MEP systems, standards, and regulations.
• Proficiency in MEP software (AutoCAD, Revit) is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to work on-site and support day-to-day project activities

11. Education: Diploma or Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical.

12. Work Experience: Above 5 years in Real Estate.
