Role & Responsibilities

MEP QA/QC Manager / Engineer - Malaysia

• Manage and perform QA/QC activities for MEP construction works.
• Review drawings, specifications, Method Statements, ITPs, and inspection requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Manage inspections, NCRs, quality documentation, testing, and commissioning.

Quantity Surveyor (QS) - Malaysia

• Prepare and review BOQ, quantity take-offs, and project quantities.
• Manage variations, progress claims, subcontractor payments, and commercial matters.
• Coordinate with project and site teams on quantity and cost-related matters.

Planner – Primavera P6 - Malaysia

• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Monitor project progress, delays, and critical activities.
• Prepare progress reports, look-ahead schedules, and recovery plans.

BIM / Modular Engineer - Malaysia

• Develop and manage BIM models for MEP systems.
• Perform BIM coordination and clash detection.
• Support shop drawings, fabrication, prefabrication, and site installation.

Electrical Engineer – India

• Initially work at our Chennai office to support electrical design, engineering, and project coordination activities.
• Candidates with electrical / MEP design experience will be preferred.
• Review and coordinate electrical drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Support electrical engineering and site execution activities.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
• When project sites are assigned, the selected candidate must be willing to relocate to project sites across India for long-term assignments.
• Support electrical installation, inspection, testing, commissioning, and project handover.

Mechanical Engineer – India

• Initially work at our Chennai office to support mechanical design, engineering, and project coordination activities.
• Candidates with mechanical / MEP design experience will be preferred.
• Review and coordinate mechanical / MEP drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
• Support HVAC, piping, and mechanical engineering activities.
• Identify design discrepancies and provide practical technical solutions.
• Prepare and review technical documentation and Material Submittals.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
• When project sites are assigned, the selected candidate must be willing to relocate to project sites across India for long-term assignments.
• Support mechanical installation, inspection, testing, commissioning, and site execution.

Sales & Documentation Executive – India

• Support business development and sales activities for MEP construction projects.
• Prepare company profiles, project presentations, proposals, and PowerPoint (PPT) materials.
• Prepare and maintain documents for tenders, pre-qualification, and business proposals.
• Collect and organize project references, technical information, and company credentials.
• Coordinate with internal engineering, project, and management teams to prepare business and technical documents.
• Maintain and update company and project-related documentation.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech) in the relevant engineering or technical field. Relevant qualifications preferred for Sales & Documentation.
• Relevant experience in MEP Construction, Data Centre, Semiconductor, Industrial Plant, or large-scale construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and project coordination.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Experience with Korean EPC companies or multinational Engineering & Construction companies is preferred.
• Overseas project or long-term site experience is preferred.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel, for the Sales & Documentation position.
