We are looking for a MEP Manager who can own MEP execution, coordinate across design and site teams, and ensure our systems are built right the first time.

Life at Onecrest Infra

You'll be an active presence on our Ludhiana hospital project, working closely with the project, engineering, contractor, and site teams.

This is a hands-on managerial role where you'll have the responsibility and authority to drive MEP planning, resolve site-level engineering issues, and lead a team through execution on a complex, multi-discipline build.

What Your Ideal Day Would Look Like

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works across the project site.
• Review and validate MEP drawings, shop drawings, and design changes in coordination with consultants and the design team.
• Supervise and guide site engineers, supervisors, and MEP contractors to ensure work progresses as per schedule and specification.
• Coordinate MEP interfaces with civil, structural, and finishing teams to avoid clashes and rework.
• Monitor quality of installation for HVAC, electrical, fire fighting, plumbing, and other MEP systems against approved drawings and standards.
• Track MEP project timelines, flag delays early, and drive corrective action with contractors and vendors.
• Review material submittals, vendor quotations, and BOQs for MEP scope.
• Ensure MEP works comply with relevant codes, safety norms, and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with the Safety Officer to ensure high-risk MEP activities (electrical work, lifting, work at height) follow site safety protocols.
• Prepare and submit weekly progress reports, MEP KPIs, and technical updates to the Project Head and CMD

• Strong technical grounding in MEP systems with the confidence to take engineering decisions on an active construction site.
• The judgment to identify design or execution issues early and the authority to resolve or escalate them.
• Clear communication with contractors and site teams on-site, and with management in reporting.
• Strong coordination and people-management skills to lead a team through a complex, multi-discipline build

Your Eligibility Checklist

• B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (required).
• 8-12 years of experience in MEP engineering/coordination, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or team-lead capacity.
• Experience on large-scale commercial, residential, institutional, or healthcare projects preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of MEP systems, coordination drawings, and relevant construction codes and standards
• Familiarity with NBC 2016 fire and life safety requirements and Punjab-specific compliance. Comfortable with MS Office and standard engineering/drawing review tools for documentation and reporting
• Fluent in Hindi/Punjabi for site communication, with working English for reports.
• Physically fit for regular site inspections across an active construction site
