PT Golden Victory Manufactures, we are part of a big company; stella Group international based in China (https://www.stella.com.hk/).

Currently, we are in the process of establishing a new factory in Pemalang Regency - Central Java, which is engaged in the sports shoe industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain water treatment systems, including RO, filtration, pumps, water supply, and wastewater treatment equipment.
• Handle electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems, including maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting.
• Manage project documents, technical reports, materials, manpower/labor, and project budgets.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams, and monitor project progress, quality, schedule, and costs.
• Support system improvement and expansion projects while ensuring water quality, safety, efficiency, and compliance with required standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in preferably in water treatment, MEP, facility maintenance, or project management.
• Good knowledge of water treatment, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
• Able to manage documents, materials, manpower/labor, and budgets.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good English or Chinese communication skills are an advantage.
