MEP Multi Technician

We are looking for a skilled and reliable MEP Multi Technician to join our maintenance team in the UAE. The successful candidate will assist with building maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.

This position is suitable for a multi-skilled maintenance technician with practical experience in facility maintenance, electrical work, plumbing, HVAC support, and general building maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out routine preventive and corrective maintenance of MEP systems.
• Perform basic electrical troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance.
• Handle plumbing repairs, including water leaks, pipe fittings, drainage, and sanitary fixtures.
• Assist with HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting, where qualified.
• Inspect equipment and report faults or maintenance requirements.
• Perform general building maintenance and minor repair works.
• Use tools and equipment safely and follow company health and safety procedures.
• Respond to maintenance requests and complete assigned tasks on time.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.

Requirements

• Practical experience in MEP maintenance, facility management, or building maintenance is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance work.
• Ability to identify faults and carry out routine repairs.
• Knowledge of maintenance tools, equipment, and workplace safety procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team.
• Willingness to perform overtime when required and in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Relevant technical training or certification is an advantage.

Salary and Benefits

• Monthly salary: AED 2,200.
