MEP Operations Manager / Head of Operations

• Lead overall MEP operations, ensuring successful delivery of villa and high-rise projects across the UAE. · Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency, quality, and profitability. · Oversee project planning, execution, monitoring, and control to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and specifications. · Manage and mentor senior project managers, engineers, and site teams. · Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities to ensure smooth project execution and compliance. · Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, local authority approvals, HSE standards, and quality management systems. · Monitor financial performance, cost control, risk management, and resource allocation across projects. · Provide regular operational and performance reports to top management and stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

• · Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (Master’s Degree preferred). · Minimum 30 years of total professional experience in MEP contracting. · At least 25 years in senior managerial roles within the MEP industry. · Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in a similar position (Head of Operations / Operations Manager – MEP). · Strong hands-on experience in villa and high-rise building projects in the UAE. · In-depth knowledge of UAE construction practices, authorities, and MEP standards. · Proven leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills. · Excellent communication, planning, and organizational abilities.
