MEP Planner

• Develop, update, and monitor detailed MEP project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Prepare baseline programs, recovery schedules, look-ahead schedules, and detailed work programs.
• Coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire fighting, fire alarm, and ELV activities with civil and architectural works.
• Monitor planned versus actual progress and identify critical activities, delays, and schedule risks.
• Collect and validate site progress from MEP engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, S-curves, progress dashboards, and management reports.
• Monitor procurement, material approvals, deliveries, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commercial teams to ensure timely execution of MEP works.
• Prepare and monitor 2-week/3-week/4-week look-ahead schedules and track outstanding activities.
• Analyze schedule deviations and support the preparation of mitigation and recovery plans.
• Monitor subcontractor performance against approved programs and contractual milestones.
• Assist with delay analysis, EOT submissions, and schedule-related contractual documentation.
• Participate in coordination and progress meetings with the client, consultant, main contractor, and subcontractors.
• Maintain accurate project schedules based on approved drawings, RFIs, variations, site conditions, and construction progress.
• Support project management in achieving planned milestones and timely completion of MEP works.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
