- Strong knowledge of HVAC Systems; ELV System Fire Alarm and PA System; Fire Fighting & Fire Protection Systems; Plumbing Systems; Cooling Towers; Chiller Plants; AHU's etc.
- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
- 10-20 years of experience in managing MEP services for high-rise buildings or similar industries.
