eWe are seeking an experienced Mechanical / MEP Project Manage r to lead complex construction projects in the Richmond, VA area. This role oversees budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, change orders, RFIs, and full project lifecycle execution

• esDevelop and maintain project schedul
• esNegotiate and price change orde
• rsSubmit and manage RF
• IsOversee project closeout and documentati
• onCollaborate with field leadership and virtual construction tea
• msEnsure projects are delivered on time and within budg

etWhat We’re Looking F

• orExperience managing mechanical, HVAC, piping, or industrial construction projec
• tsExperience overseeing projects lasting 1+ ye
• arStrong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and cost contr
• olProficiency with Excel and project management softwa
• reStrong communication skills with GCs, owners, and subcontracto
• rsBachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction, or equivalent experience in management coming up through the trad
