MEP Project Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Develop and maintain accurate records of project schedules, budgets, and quality control metrics.

Job Requirements :

• 2-8 years of experience in managing MEP projects in the engineering & construction industry.
• Strong understanding of building services such as HVAC systems, electrical installations, plumbing fixtures etc. .
• Proven track record in project execution with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
