MEP Project Manager

Manage and oversee the complete MEP project execution from mobilization to completion and handover.

• Monitor project progress and ensure timely achievement of project milestones and completion targets.
• Manage MEP manpower, resources, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Review project costs, variations, claims, procurement requirements, and potential cost overruns.
• Lead regular technical and progress meetings and ensure timely closure of outstanding issues.
• Ensure all MEP installations comply with UAE authority requirements, applicable codes, specifications, and approved standards.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, snagging, rectification, and final project handover.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Maintain proper project documentation, progress reports, schedules, and records.
• Identify project risks, technical issues, and delays and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate closely with the Civil, Architectural, QS/Commercial, Procurement, Planning, and HSE teams.

Pay: AED2,765.77 - AED16,810.24 per month
