MEP Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Project Execution: Oversee day-to-day MEP site operations, schedules, and resource mobilization (manpower, materials, and machinery).
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure all installations comply with local building codes, safety (HSE) standards, and project specifications.
• Design & Coordination: Review shop drawings, coordinate BIM/CAD layouts, and resolve site technical clashes or RFIs.
• Budget & Cost Control: Track the project financial performance, manage sub-contractor billings, and control cost variables.
• Qualifications & Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related discipline).
• Experience: [5–10+ years] of proven experience in MEP project management within commercial, residential, or industrial construction.
• Certifications: PMP or PE licensing is a strong plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in HVAC design, electrical load calculations, AutoCAD, MS Project / Primavera, and contract laws.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
