MEP Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced MEP Project Manager to plan, manage, and execute MEP projects from initiation to completion. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) works, managing project teams and subcontractors, ensuring quality and safety standards, and delivering projects within the approved timeline and budget.

• Plan, manage, and monitor complete MEP project execution from start to handover.
• Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Fighting, ELV and other MEP services as applicable.
• Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, technical submissions, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and internal project teams.
• Manage MEP engineers, site supervisors, technicians, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Monitor project progress against the approved schedule and ensure timely completion.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical and execution-related issues.
• Ensure MEP installations comply with approved drawings, specifications, codes, and standards.
• Coordinate with procurement teams for timely availability of materials and equipment.
• Review material submittals, shop drawings, method statements, and inspection requests.
• Monitor project costs, quantities, variations, and resource requirements.
• Ensure proper testing, commissioning, snagging, and handover of MEP systems.
• Prepare and review project progress reports, MIS, and other project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, statutory, and client requirements.
• Identify project risks and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to avoid clashes and delays in project execution.
• Conduct regular coordination and progress meetings with stakeholders.
• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in MEP project execution and management.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction practices.
• Experience in handling large-scale commercial, industrial, infrastructure, or building projects.
• Good knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera, AutoCAD, MS Excel, and other relevant project management tools is preferred.
