Job Description MEP Project Head

Department: MEP Projects

Project: High-Rise Residential Building Project

Qualification: BE / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Experience: 15 to 20 Years Experience

Note: Candidates must have at least 10 years of experience leading MEP works specifically in residential building projects.

Salary: As per experience and industry standards

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complete MEP works for high-rise residential building projects from start to completion.
• Oversee Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, HVAC, and ELV systems.
• Coordinate with civil, structural, architectural, and other project teams.
• Manage MEP planning, execution, budgeting, billing, and project schedules.
• Review MEP drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and material requirements.
• Supervise contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and site teams.
• Ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and timely project completion.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and senior management.
• Monitor project progress and resolve site-related technical issues.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in leading high-rise residential MEP projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems and building services.
• Excellent project management, leadership, and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, and project planning tools

Preferred Candidates

• Candidates currently working in Pune or Mumbai.
• Candidates who have independently led high-rise residential MEP projects in Pune or Mumbai will be given priority.
