Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified Mechanical Engineer with a Degree or Diploma and good knowledge of MEP systems, site inspection, and quality control. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing site execution, ensuring compliance with approved design drawings, and verifying that all MEP installations meet project specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and verify MEP site works in accordance with approved design drawings and specifications.
• Review HVAC, piping, plumbing, water supply, drainage, sanitary ware, and fire protection piping installations.
• Identify installation errors, design discrepancies, and quality issues at the site.
• Ensure proper installation, alignment, pipe routing, supports, and equipment placement.
• Coordinate with design engineers, consultants, contractors, and site teams to resolve technical issues.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare quality inspection reports.
• Monitor corrective actions and ensure identified defects are rectified.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, applicable codes, and safety standards.
• Knowledge of the National Building Code (NBC) and relevant regulations will be an added advantage.

Required Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Practical experience in MEP site execution, inspection, or quality control.
• Good knowledge of HVAC, piping, plumbing, drainage, and fire protection systems.
• Ability to read, interpret, and verify engineering drawings.
• Strong observation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience

Experience in commercial buildings, industrial projects, or large-scale MEP projects is preferred.
