MEP Quality Engineer - Mission Critical Construction

$80,000-$120,000 + Travel Package

We are supporting a growing organization with multiple QA/QC openings across the United States.

We’re looking to speak with experienced MEP Quality Engineers who have a strong background in MEP construction and are comfortable working on large, technically complex projects.

Experience within data centers is highly desirable, although we’re also interested in professionals coming from other mission-critical, industrial, advanced manufacturing, healthcare, or similarly complex construction environments.

These positions will involve extensive travel across the US, supporting project teams in maintaining quality standards throughout construction, testing, commissioning, and turnover.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Carry out and support MEP quality assurance and quality control inspections across active construction sites.
• Inspect mechanical and/or electrical installations to ensure they meet drawings, specifications, codes and project quality requirements.
• Review inspection and testing documentation and ensure records are accurate and up to date.
• Identify quality issues, deficiencies and non-conformances and support the development of appropriate corrective actions.
• Work with MEP subcontractors and general contractors to resolve quality issues and drive items through to closure.
• Review drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs and other technical project documentation.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working within MEP construction, ideally across mechanical, electrical or building services projects.
• Previous experience in a QA/QC, Quality Engineering, MEP Inspection or Construction Quality position.
• Experience working on complex construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications and technical documentation.
• Experience identifying, documenting and resolving quality issues and non-conformances.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the USA.
