Location: Flexible (Office & Site based as required to support projects across the region)
Hours: Full Time - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.
We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.
The Compliance Manager (MEP) role is an exciting opportunity to shape quality management across our Mechanical & Electrical division. You'll be responsible for ensuring operational teams correctly deploy digital quality systems, processes and standards across projects. Working closely with project delivery teams and supply chain partners, you'll create a consistent, data-driven approach to MEP quality management while supporting continuous improvement through knowledge sharing and best practice.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Compliance Manager (MEP), you'll be working within the Quality & Assurance team, supporting them in ensuring compliant, high-quality MEP installations across projects. Your day to day will include:
- Maintaining and governing the MEP quality management system, ensuring uniform adoption of quality processes across all projects
- Developing and continuously improving digital quality tools such as Procore, managing workflows for inspections, checklists, and compliance documentation
- Supporting project teams in producing MEP Quality Plans, ITPs and ATPs, ensuring installations meet design intent and regulatory requirements
- Producing clear, insight-driven dashboards and reports on quality KPIs, working with teams to develop data-based improvement plans
- Building strong relationships across project teams and supply chain partners, facilitating knowledge-sharing sessions and promoting a culture of continuous improvement
What are we looking for?
This role of Compliance Manager (MEP) is great for you if:
- You have in-depth experience with ITPs, ATPs, inspections and testing on large UK construction projects
- You have experience with Procore or similar digital quality management systems
- You possess strong understanding of MEP systems, standards, codes and regulations
- You have excellent communication, reporting and influencing skills with the ability to interpret and report on quality data
- You demonstrate a proactive, structured mindset with logical problem-solving and effective auditing skills
We're all about finding potential here at Kier, and transferrable skills are always welcome! So, even if you don't tick every box, please apply and we can have a chat.
