MEP Quantity Surveyor

Job Responsibilities:

• Take off quantities for MEP works, including Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and HVAC systems, based on construction drawings and shop drawings.
• Review, verify, and maintain MEP work documentation.
• Prepare BOQs (Bills of Quantities) and cost estimates for MEP works.
• Monitor and control the building services costs, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing works.
• Conduct preliminary construction planning and calculate actual work quantities for progress claims and payment certification.
• Prepare and monitor project budgets and cost control for MEP works.
• Prepare project-related reports and presentations for management and project teams.
• Perform other duties related to MEP quantity surveying, cost estimation, and cost control as assigned.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience in MEP systems for high-rise buildings, hotels, and condominiums is preferred
• Good communication, coordination, and execution skills, serious work, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills and attention to detail. And also can work under pressure.
• Have a car diving license
• Good command in English skill
