Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor with 8–10 years of experience in high-rise buildings and commercial construction projects. The candidate should have strong expertise in quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, estimation, and cost management for MEP services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and BOQs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
• Review MEP drawings, technical specifications, and tender documents.
• Perform material quantity calculations using AutoCAD and other relevant software.
• Prepare cost estimates, rate analysis, and tender submissions.
• Identify drawing discrepancies, scope gaps, and variations.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and support cost comparisons.
• Prepare interim payment applications, variation claims, and final accounts.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve technical and quantity-related issues.
• Ensure accuracy and timely submission of BOQs, estimates, and other QS deliverables.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or a relevant Engineering discipline.
• 8–10 years of relevant MEP Quantity Surveying experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and quantity take-off tools.
• Experience in high-rise buildings and large-scale construction projects.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
