Quantity Surveyor (QS) - MEP

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor specializing in MEP for high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural and finishing construction, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed MEP estimates and cost reports for high-rise buildings.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to establish budgets and forecasts.
• Conduct valuations of work in progress and oversee subcontractor payments.
• Monitor project costs and assist in financial forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in MEP and finishing construction within the UAE.
• Proven expertise in high-rise structural projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
