MEP Quantity Surveyor / Estimation Engineer
Experience: 3–5 years | UAE MEP experience preferred
Location: UAE
KEYNES MEP is hiring a hands-on MEP QS / Estimation Engineer capable of independently preparing BOQs, quantity take-offs, costing and quotations for complete MEP works.
Core Requirements:
Strong experience in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & ELV estimation.
Prepare BOQs and quantity take-offs directly from drawings.
Prepare complete MEP costing and client quotations.
Strong AutoCAD skills for reading drawings and quantity take-offs.
Strong Excel skills for BOQ, costing and rate analysis.
Experience obtaining and comparing supplier/subcontractor quotations.
Good knowledge of UAE MEP material, labour and subcontractor rates.
UAE MEP contracting/tendering experience preferred.
Qualification: Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
Key requirement: Candidate must independently handle:
MEP Drawings → Quantity Take-Off → BOQ → Costing → Final Quotation
