MEP Store Supervisor

Role & responsibilities :

• Receive materials at site and check quantity, quality and specifications against PO / delivery challan

• Prepare and maintain GRN, MIR, MRN and material issue records

• Issue materials to site engineers / supervisors against approved requisitions

• Maintain daily stock register, bin cards and inward / outward entries

• Ensure proper storage, stacking and labelling of materials (cables, pipes, fittings, panels, consumables, tools)

• Keep the store clean, organised and safe (FIFO, fire safety, material protection)

• Report shortages, damages and slow-moving items to the Store Supervisor

• Maintain records of returnable tools and site consumables

Preferred candidate profile :

• Education: 10th / 12th / Graduate (Diploma or B.Com preferred)

• Experience: [2years] as Store Keeper at a construction / MEP project

site

• Good knowledge of MEP materials (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire fighting items)

• Hands-on experience in GRN, MIR, MRN and stock register maintenance

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, data entry)

• Willing to work at project site and available for immediate / short joining
