Traveling MEP Superintendent: Data Center / Advanced Technologies

An established national general contractor is growing its Advanced Technologies business and is hiring MEP Superintendents for large-scale data center projects. This is a permanent, full-time traveling position, not tied to a single project.

About the company: Their Advanced Technologies group is expanding quickly, with active data center work in North Dakota and new projects starting in Texas in the coming months. Assignments will change as the business grows, and they take project location preferences into account where they can.

What you’ll do:

• Lead MEP field operations on large data center builds, coordinating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing trades
• Manage schedule, quality, safety, and sequencing across MEP subcontractors
• Work with project management and commissioning teams through startup and turnover
• Travel to new project sites as the work evolves. Initial assignments are likely in North Dakota.

What we’re looking for:

• MEP Superintendent experience on data center or other mission critical projects
• Strong subcontractor coordination and field leadership skills
• Real comfort with national travel and changing project assignments

Compensation: Competitive, commensurate with experience.
