MEP Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and technically competent MEP Supervisor to join our team in Dubai. The candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating MEP maintenance activities, technicians, and site operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day MEP maintenance activities.
• Manage and allocate work to MEP technicians and maintenance teams.
• Monitor HVAC, electrical, plumbing and other MEP systems.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance works.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality of completed works.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with company HSE procedures and site safety requirements.
• Prepare daily work reports, service reports and maintenance records.
• Identify technical issues and coordinate timely corrective actions.
• Ensure work is completed efficiently and within the required timeframe.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant MEP experience, with proven UAE work experience.
• Previous experience in Facilities Management / Technical Services will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and general MEP systems.
• Ability to supervise technicians and coordinate site activities.
• Good communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
• Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory.
• Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.

Preferred Candidate

• Engineering background with strong practical MEP knowledge.
• UAE experience in building maintenance / facilities management.
• Hands-on approach with good team management skills.
• Good English communication and reporting skills.
• Immediate availability will be an advantage.

Salary: AED 3.5K to 4.5K
