MEP Supervisor

FINNS Bali Development is looking for a forward-thinking MEP Supervisor to drive design development and execution across all our venues. Working closely with the MEP Manager, you will manage project timelines, coordinate and liaise directly with site teams to ensure our bold MEP vision translates seamlessly into reality.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce strict site safety protocols, HSE regulations, and correct PPE usage among all MEP personnel.
• Review MEP shop drawings and single-line diagrams to identify spatial clashes with architectural and structural elements early.
• Conduct regular QA/QC inspections during installation, pre-commissioning, pressure testing, and final system handovers.
• Manage daily trade labor, assign tasks to technicians, and verify subcontractor work volumes for payment approvals.
• Resolve technical field issues promptly by issuing Requests for Information (RFIs) and proposing practical engineering solutions.
• Direct the testing, balancing, and commissioning of HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Control inventory, track equipment deliveries, and ensure proper on-site storage to prevent material damage or loss.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a MEP Supervisor.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, and/or SketchUp, rendering software a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Proven experience in hospitality, resort, or high-end commercial projects.
