MEP Supervisor

POSITION: MEP Supervisor

RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY

• Attend meetings and coordinate all site matters with clients, sub-contractors, consultants and relevant authorities.
• Monitor the overall MEP work progress, work scheduling, manpower (such as craftsmen and labour) and material schedules.
• Plan, supervise and coordinate MEP work at site including activities related to procurement, installation, testing and commissioning and conduct quality inspection and control.
• Prepare and check documents for submission to clients/consultant, such as method statement, request for information form, transmittal form, T & C form, handover form and other related forms.
• Understand and application of MEP specifications, interpret shop drawings for the project site.
• Assist Project Manager/MEP Manager to manage sub-contractors and monitor progress, quality and reporting.
• Formulating daily work schedule and construction programs in accordance with the project requirements and specifications to complete of works according to schedule on time.
• Undertake other related jobs from time to time as directed by the Project Manager/MEP Manager or such other person as the Company.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION

• Certificate/Diploma in Construction Management or Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent.
• Must be a CIDB green card holder.

EXPERIENCE / SKILL REQUIRED

• At least (3) years working experience in similar position or related working experience.
• Good team player, self-motivated, reliable, minimum supervision, good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good technical contractual and statutory by laws knowledge in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in English and Malay.
