MEP Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced MEP Supervisor to oversee the execution and coordination of MEP works for a luxury villas project. The role requires strong site execution experience, manpower coordination, and the ability to work closely with civil, architectural, QA/QC, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the execution of MEP works at site in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Manage daily activities of MEP technicians, workers, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate electrical, plumbing, HVAC, firefighting, and other MEP services.
• Ensure MEP installations are executed according to approved shop drawings and project requirements.
• Coordinate MEP works with civil and architectural activities to avoid clashes and delays.
• Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and equipment required for MEP activities.
• Coordinate with MEP Engineers, QA/QC, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Ensure proper installation, testing, and completion of MEP works.
• Identify site issues and coordinate with the MEP Engineer for timely resolution.
• Monitor daily progress and report work status to the concerned Engineer.
• Ensure compliance with project quality, safety, and housekeeping requirements.
• Support inspections, testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in MEP construction.
• Experience in luxury villas / high-end residential projects is highly preferred.
• Main contracting experience is mandatory.
• Strong practical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting works.
• Ability to read and understand MEP drawings and specifications.
• Strong manpower and subcontractor coordination skills.
• UAE construction experience is preferred.
• Good communication and site coordination skills.
