What they need
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily MEP maintenance and fit-out works at site.
- Coordinate electrical, plumbing, HVAC and other MEP activities.
- Lead technicians and ensure work is completed safely and on schedule.
- Monitor installation, repair, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance activities.
- Read and interpret MEP drawings, layouts and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors and other site teams.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved standards and project requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections and monitor work quality.
- Prepare daily work updates and report site issues to management.
- Ensure compliance with HSE and company procedures.
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
