MEP Supervisor

• Supervise and coordinate daily MEP maintenance and project activities.
• Assign tasks and monitor the performance of technicians and maintenance teams.
• Oversee Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works to ensure proper execution.
• Inspect MEP systems and identify faults, breakdowns, and maintenance requirements.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Ensure all works are completed according to approved specifications, quality standards, and schedules.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Attend urgent breakdowns and coordinate timely troubleshooting and rectification.
• Monitor the availability of materials, tools, spare parts, and equipment required for the works.
• Prepare service reports, inspection reports, and material requirements.
• Review completed works and ensure proper testing and commissioning.
• Identify major repair or replacement requirements and provide technical recommendations.
• Ensure technicians follow proper safety procedures and site requirements.
• Monitor work progress and report any delays or technical issues to management.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, inspections, and completed works.
• Assist management with quotations, technical assessments, and scope of work preparation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety requirements, and applicable site regulations.

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
