MEP Supervisor

We are looking for Fit-Out MEP Supervisor for interior fit-out projects. The role ensures that installations are completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily MEP fit-out activities, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, and related systems.
• Coordinate MEP works with civil, architectural, ceiling, flooring, and other trades to avoid clashes and delays.
• Review approved shop drawings, specifications, and method statements before execution.
• Ensure MEP installations are carried out according to approved drawings and project specifications.
• Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and equipment required for site activities.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify installation issues or discrepancies.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and other site supervisors.
• Monitor progress against the project schedule and report delays or constraints to the MEP Manager.
• Ensure proper installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.
• Coordinate inspections with consultants and authorities where applicable.
• Check material deliveries and ensure materials comply with approved specifications and submittals.
• Maintain daily site reports, inspection requests, progress records, and relevant documentation.
• Ensure proper testing of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting, and other MEP systems.
• Identify and resolve site coordination issues and assist with technical solutions.
• Supervise and guide technicians, foremen, and subcontractor teams.
• Support snagging, rectification, testing & commissioning, and final project handover.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or a related engineering discipline.
• Typically 5+ years of MEP site experience, preferably with fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP installation and coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and coordinated drawings.
• Experience working with consultants, subcontractors, and project management teams.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
