Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced MEP Supervisor to supervise and coordinate MEP works for swimming pool and landscape projects. The candidate will ensure proper installation, quality, safety, and timely completion of all MEP activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily MEP works at swimming pool and landscape project sites.
• Manage installation of electrical, plumbing, mechanical and pool MEP systems.
• Supervise swimming pool pumps, filters, filtration systems, dosing systems, water features and related equipment.
• Coordinate installation of irrigation, drainage, water supply and landscape services.
• Read and understand MEP drawings, layouts and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
• Monitor manpower and assign daily work activities.
• Check materials, installation quality and workmanship.
• Ensure all MEP works are completed according to approved drawings and project requirements.
• Conduct testing, inspection and commissioning of MEP systems.
• Identify site issues and coordinate with the project team for proper solutions.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and company safety procedures.
• Prepare daily progress updates and report site issues to the Project Engineer/Manager.
• Coordinate MEP works with civil, waterproofing, tiling and landscaping activities.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and according to quality standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an MEP Supervisor, preferably in swimming pool, landscaping or construction projects.
• Good knowledge of pool MEP systems, irrigation, plumbing and electrical works.
• Ability to read MEP drawings and coordinate site installations.
• Good manpower and site supervision skills.
• UAE construction experience is preferred.
• Valid UAE Driving Licence is preferred/required.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
