MEP Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced MEP Supervisor to oversee and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) site operations for our projects in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the GCC construction industry, ensuring that all MEP installations are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with approved drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day MEP site activities, ensuring work is carried out according to project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to resolve site-related technical issues.
• Manage and monitor site labor forces, technicians, and sub-contractors to maximize productivity.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
• Review drawings, schematics, and method statements to ensure accurate execution on-site.
• Oversee material inspections, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and report directly to the Project Manager.
• Manage site mobility and logistics effectively using a company-provided vehicle.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 3–4 years of hands-on MEP supervisory experience within the GCC, with a strong preference for candidates with Qatar experience.
• Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field (or equivalent technical certification).
• Driving License: Must hold a valid Qatar Driving License is a plus).
• Visa Status: Must possess a valid NOC (No Objection Certificate) and be available for immediate joining.
• Skills: Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, firefighting, plumbing, and electrical systems; excellent leadership and communication skills; ability to read and interpret MEP drawings.
