MEP Supervisor

Job Title: MEP Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) maintenance, installation, and repair activities.
• Manage technicians and ensure work is completed according to project requirements and schedules.
• Inspect electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems to ensure proper functioning.
• Coordinate with engineers, site teams, subcontractors, and clients.
• Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and arrange corrective maintenance.
• Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials at the worksite.
• Prepare daily work reports, maintenance records, and progress updates.
• Ensure all work is completed within the assigned timeframe.
• Follow health, safety, and environmental procedures at all times.

Requirements

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or MEP Engineering.
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in MEP supervision.
• Good knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Experience in managing technicians and coordinating site activities.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and MEP layouts.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of UAE safety standards and site regulations is preferred.
• Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
