MEP Supervisor

The MEP Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating the operation, maintenance, and repair of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems within the property. The role ensures that all MEP equipment and services operate safely, efficiently, and reliably.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise MEP technicians and coordinate daily maintenance activities.
• Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pumps, generators, and related systems.
• Attend to breakdowns, maintenance requests, and emergency situations promptly.
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure equipment is maintained to required standards.
• Coordinate with contractors and service providers for specialist works.
• Monitor work quality, safety compliance, and completion of maintenance tasks.
• Maintain maintenance records, reports, and equipment documentation.
• Monitor spare parts, tools, and consumable requirements.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building regulations.
• Report major defects, equipment failures, and required corrective actions to the Facilities Manager.
