MEP Supervisor – UAE

• Supervise daily mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) maintenance operations.
• Monitor the performance and condition of MEP systems and equipment.
• Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Supervise technicians and maintenance staff and allocate daily tasks.
• Identify technical issues and coordinate timely troubleshooting and repairs.
• Ensure the efficient operation of HVAC systems, electrical installations, plumbing systems, pumps, and other building services.
• Conduct regular inspections and identify potential maintenance issues.
• Maintain maintenance schedules, service records, and breakdown reports.
• Coordinate with contractors and service providers when required.
• Ensure the availability of necessary tools, spare parts, and maintenance materials.
• Monitor the quality of completed maintenance work and ensure compliance with required standards.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental procedures.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and coordinate corrective actions.
• Prepare regular reports on maintenance activities, system performance, and outstanding issues.
• Coordinate with the facilities management team and other departments to ensure smooth building operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as an MEP Supervisor or in a similar facilities maintenance role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of building MEP systems.
• Previous experience supervising technicians and maintenance teams.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and equipment manuals.
• Strong communication, coordination, and team-management skills.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental requirements.
• UAE/GCC facilities management experience will be an advantage.
