MEP Technician

• nstall, inspect, operate, and maintain MEP systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair MEP equipment and systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and identify technical faults.
• Ensure all MEP systems are operating safely and efficiently.
• Read and understand MEP drawings and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with the Facilities Management team and other technicians.
• Maintain records of inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures.
• Diploma or technical qualification in , Electrical or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in MEP maintenance.
• Good knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building services.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant technical certifications are an advantage.

Pay: ﷼2,000.00 - ﷼2,200.00 per month
